You will advise clients on issues relating to share and asset sales and purchases, reconstructions and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, joint ventures, shareholders' rights and the establishment and dissolution of partnerships. You will advise on transactions of a significant scale, where the close coordination and cooperation with the client is of key importance to a successful conclusion. You will have experience in successfully managing these transactions including an understanding of corporate acquisitions and corporate finance.

Your experience will include having worked on deals that cover more than one jurisdiction. You will have the skills and experience necessary to coach and mentor younger lawyers in your team and the office in general. You should have at minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law, M&A and restructurings. The role will predominantly focus on commercial transactions with the stimulation of the variety of work that comes with a General Law Practice.

You will be fluent in English (both drafting and negotiating). Any other foreign languages are a plus. You will be talented, hardworking, team oriented, loyal and reliable. You will have a strong post qualification experience and possess great communication skills, a sound knowledge of commercial law.
